What Alertora Is

Alertora is a conversational AI companion designed to provide emotional support and guidance for solo travelers. It is not an emergency service, not a replacement for professional mental health or medical care, and does not provide real-time monitoring or GPS tracking. By using Alertora, you acknowledge and agree to these limitations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Alertora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the service. We may modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of Alertora indicates your acceptance of those changes.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Alertora for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Alertora or its systems

Alertora is not a medical, mental health, or emergency service. Any information or guidance provided is for educational and emotional support purposes only. Do not rely on Alertora as a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or emergency services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alertora and its creators, owners, and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies whether based on warranty, contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause. Termination may occur immediately if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use Alertora ends immediately.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alertora operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
